The 400 Bed & Breakfast

What we loved most about our experience was the warm welcome that we received when we arrived with the open invitation to enjoy the entire home. It was everything that we had hoped for. The suite was beautiful. It was refreshing to walk into our suite and see that everything looked just like the pictures! We have already made plans to return in the Spring. The location is perfect and it is walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Thank You David for a wonderful day!  - Heidi

The neighborhood and house were even more beautiful than as described by the pictures, and David was the perfect host. It is also nestled in a very cute little neighborhood with many things to do. David's breakfast was also to die for, so I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks David!  - Dane

The 400 was the perfect place to stay for our trip to KC, wish it could have stayed longer. We stayed in the Pickering Suite. We both slept well and were very comfortable throughout our stay. The room had a den attached with a pull out couch, perfect for parents with kids. The house was decorated for Christmas with a tree in almost every room!! Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. David was the best host too. Can't wait to return for a longer stay. - Jaimie
